What each office is responsible for

Chairperson

Sets direction

Leads the Board on organisational and financial compliance, chairs meetings and works with the Chief Executive Officer to see resolutions carried out.

Secretary

Keeps the record

Keeps minutes of Board and General Meetings, handles correspondence and ensures filings reach the appropriate regulator on time.

Treasurer

Guards the accounts

Maintains proper financial records, oversees the bank account and reports the financial position to every General Meeting.
